The House of Blackheads in Riga’s Town Square

Riga, the capital of Latvia, the largest city in the Baltic States, the second-largest city of the Eastern Baltic.

While you traveling Baltic States, Riga is the place that you cannot be missed. Either you like or not,this is because it is located between Estonia and Vilnius. And here is the access point to explore other places of interest either in Latvia or others…

Well, although from the researches that I’ve made, I found nothing much to see in Riga, so, we stopped by Riga only for 3 days.

Freedom Monument-It was erected after the first independence and surprisingly never taken down by the Soviets (although laying flowers at its feet was forbidden). The statue at the top of the monument is “Milda.”

Exploring the Old Town of Riga, experiencing the beauty of it’s architectures as Riga is home to the largest concentration of Jugendstil (German Art Nouveau) architecture in the world.
